Latitude 29 is a 3, 4, or 5 piece band (your choice!) built for dance and party music. We have been together in one form or another since 1986, and have played all over North Florida and the Alabama Coast from Mobile to Pensacola to Jacksonville. We're now based out of Panama City, and frequently travel to Destin, Seaside, Watercolor, Panama City Beach, Marianna, and even Ft. Lauderdale (Hi Danny!).
Our main public gigs these days are at Schooners & Sharky's.
In general we start out slow (especially for dinner functions or weddings) for the first set or two. Then as the event progresses we ratchet it up to full groove and pack the dance floor
Was your last party this fun?. We usually play 45 min. sets with 15 min. breaks – but hey, we are flexible.
In addition we make any announcements, assist with drawings, provide microphones for speakers, play canned music, etc.
